The range goes from single-head semi-automatic units to four-head computer-controlled and peristaltic-pump fillers, and monoblock machines for filling 5–10 litre water bottles.
When choosing a filler, the key factors are product viscosity and particles, the volume of one dose (ml or g), accuracy and fills per minute. Hot or foaming products may need a special valve or heating function. A filler can later be combined into one line with capping and labelling equipment.
