About the equipment
Double-head peristaltic filling machine — fills liquids and pastes into containers in doses of 5–650 ml. Maximum flow rate is 650 ml per minute.
In a peristaltic pump, the liquid moves only inside a flexible hose and does not touch the pump mechanism, so when switching from one product to another it is usually enough to clean the hose. The machine has two filling heads, and the filling volume is adjustable from 5 ml to 650 ml. Filling is controlled automatically or with a foot pedal.
The machine is suitable for free-flowing liquids and pastes without particles: soy sauce, beverages, white wine, vinegar, milk, liquids with an alcohol content below 75%, and the like. It connects to a 220 V power supply, consumes 118 W and is made in China. It is convenient for filling bottles, vials and jars in small production and packaging workshops.
