About the equipment
Liquid product filler — fills containers with 50 to 35,000 ml of liquid with ±2% accuracy. Filling speed for water is up to 35,000 ml per minute.
The filler is controlled with a foot pedal or in automatic mode. With the pedal, the operator starts each fill manually, while automatic mode is convenient for filling identical doses in succession. The filling range is 50 ml to 35,000 ml, so a single machine can fill everything from small containers to large-volume ones.
The speed is given for water; for thicker liquids it is lower. The machine connects to a 220 V power supply, consumes 80 W and measures 320×320×280 mm, so it takes up little space on a workbench. It is suitable for small and medium workshops filling water, beverages, oils and household chemical liquids into large containers.
