About the equipment
The automatic filling machine dispenses metered doses of liquids such as water, beverages, shampoo, oil and yogurt into containers. For thinner products, the flow rate is up to 17 liters per minute.
The liquid is drawn in through the inlet tube and delivered into the container through the outlet tube and the filling nozzle. The machine includes a control panel, a speed control knob, a start/stop button and a container tray. Filling is controlled automatically or by a foot pedal — with the pedal, the operator starts each dose manually.
The maximum flow rate is 17 liters per minute for thinner products and 7 liters for thicker ones. Therefore, in addition to water and beverages, the machine is also suitable for thicker free-flowing products such as shampoo, edible and technical oils, and yogurt. Power supply 220 V, power 193 W, made in China. It is convenient for small workshops filling food products, household chemicals and cosmetics.
