About the equipment
The liquid product dosing filler dispenses 20 to 10 000 ml of liquid into containers with ±2% accuracy. It operates in manual (foot pedal) and automatic modes.
The filler has a stainless steel body fitted with a control panel, a filling nozzle, an inlet filter and an on/off switch. The liquid passes through the filter and is dispensed in the set volume through the nozzle into the container. In manual mode, filling starts when the pedal is pressed, allowing the operator to control each container.
The maximum filling speed for water is 10 000 ml per minute. The filling range is wide — from 20 ml to 10 000 ml — so a single machine can fill anything from small vials to large containers. The filler connects to a 220 V mains supply, consumes only 80 W, measures 360×360×220 mm and weighs 20 kg. It is convenient for small workshops filling beverages, oils, household chemicals and cosmetics.
