About the equipment
The chemical additive dosing line is a modular system built around an E01A digital pump and UPVC fittings. It delivers up to 90 liters per hour at pressures up to 3 bar.
At the heart of the system is the E01A digital dosing pump with a polypropylene (PP) pump head. Maximum flow rate is 90 liters per hour, maximum pressure is 3 bar. To stabilize the flow, an E01A-UNV-1.0/1.5L-DN20 damper assembly and a negative-pressure suction damper assembly (DN20) are installed; pressure is controlled by an E01A-M1 pressure control assembly and a back-pressure valve (DN20).
The valves are made of UPVC: the inlet, outlet dosing, damper service and pressure gauge service valves are DN20 (25 mm inner diameter), while the flushing and drain valves are DN15 (20 mm inner diameter). The system includes an E01-DN15 foot valve assembly, a DF-90-200 nylon filter bag and a DN20 Y-strainer, and the set comes with an E01A FKM seal kit (10 pcs). The line is designed for plants that need to feed liquid chemical additives into a process stream in precise quantities.
