About the equipment
This two-head perfume filler doses perfume into bottles through two nozzles. It fills up to 30 bottles per minute, with doses of up to 1000 ml.
The machine runs on compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 30 pieces per minute, which is convenient for small batches and bottles of different sizes. Dosing accuracy is within ±0.5%, so each bottle receives practically the same amount of liquid.
Power is only 10 W on a 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply. At 54×43×150 cm, the compact machine fits even in a small room. It suits workshops that are just starting perfume production or work in small volumes, as two nozzles give a faster and more accurate result than filling by hand. It is made in China.
