About the equipment
This four-head perfume filler fills bottles of up to 100 ml through four nozzles. It handles up to 60 bottles per minute with ±0.5% accuracy.
With a fill volume of up to 100 ml, the machine is designed for small and standard-size perfume bottles. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 60 pieces per minute, and dosing error does not exceed ±0.5%. It needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa, so it is connected to a compressor.
Power is 20 W on a 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply, and the machine measures 60×70×150 cm. It is intended for perfume producers and fragrance filling workshops, where four nozzles let you fill more bottles with the same volume than manual filling. It is made in China.
