Overview

About the equipment

This automatic four-head filler doses perfume into bottles through four nozzles. Each dose can be up to 1000 ml, with accuracy within ±0.5%.

The machine runs on compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa, so it is connected to a compressor. Speed is adjustable from 4 to 60 bottles per minute. With a fill volume of up to 1000 ml it handles a range of containers, from small perfume bottles to one-litre containers, and dosing error stays within ±0.5%.

Power consumption is only 20 W on a 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply. The machine measures 58×80×150 cm, so it takes little space even in a small workshop. It is designed for producers of perfume and other liquid fragrance products, giving the same volume in every bottle and a faster pace than manual filling. It is made in China.

AFEX supplies the equipment and provides installation, commissioning and warranty service. Tell us your bottle size and daily output, and we will advise on the set-up.
