About the equipment
This sealing machine for cream packaging closes a filled container by sealing its end. It works with containers 10–80 mm in diameter and 50–220 mm long.
The machine is pneumatic and needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa, so a compressor is required. It runs on 220 V with a power of 1.2 kW. Because it accepts a wide range of container diameters and lengths, one machine can seal packs of different volumes.
At 100×45×110 cm it takes little space even in a small workshop. It is intended for cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household chemical workshops that produce creams and similar thick products, and works well alongside a cream filling machine.
