About the equipment
Screw conveyor that feeds bulk products from a hopper into packing or dosing equipment. Capacity is 1000–8000 kg per hour.
The conveyor consists of a 150 L feed hopper and a screw rotating inside a tube. The screw moves the product from the hopper along the tube and delivers it to the next machine. Screw diameter is 104 or 114 mm, and the conveying length can be 1 to 4 metres, chosen to suit the equipment layout in the workshop.
It has a power of 1.5 kW and runs on 380 V or 220 V. The hopper section measures 125×105×105 cm and the feed tube 300×15×15 cm. The conveyor is a practical way to feed flour, sugar, powders and granular materials into packing machines, mixers and dosers, reducing manual handling and spillage.
