About the equipment
Pneumatic filler that dispenses liquids through one head in doses of 50–500 ml. Accuracy is within ±1%, speed up to 60 units per minute.
Dosing is driven by compressed air, so a 0.4–0.8 MPa air supply is needed. The dose is adjustable from 50 to 500 ml with accuracy of ±1% or better. Speed is 4 to 60 units per minute and is easy to match to the pace of manual container feeding.
Power consumption is only 10 W; it runs on 220 V, measures 122×37×34 cm and is made in China. The filler suits small workshops filling water, juices, vegetable oil, shampoo and household chemicals into 50–500 ml containers. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
