Overview

About the equipment

Cream filling and packaging equipment doses 5–250 ml of cream into containers and packs them. Output is 20–30 pieces per minute.

It works with containers 10–50 mm in diameter and 50–220 mm long. The dose is adjustable from 5 to 250 ml with an error of no more than ±1%, so every pack in a batch is filled evenly. Filling and packaging take place on one machine, so no separate unit is needed for the second step.

The equipment runs on 220 V with a power of 1.8 kW and needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa. Dimensions are 155×125×90 cm. It suits cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household chemical workshops producing creams, gels and similar products in small and medium volumes.

AFEX supplies the equipment and provides installation, commissioning and warranty service. Tell us the container size and fill volume, and we will recommend suitable settings.
