About the equipment
This PVC crusher (shredder) grinds PVC panels and plastic waste into 10 mm flakes. Its output is 250–350 kg per hour.
The feed opening is 505×320 mm, accepting PVC panels up to 500 mm wide. The 400 mm rotor carries 5 rotating knives, with 2 more fixed knives; the knives are made of SKD-11 steel. The rotor turns at 500 rpm.
The main motor is 15 kW, and a 4 kW blower conveys the crushed material to a 0.5 m³ silo. The regrind is prepared for recycling and extrusion lines, helping to reuse waste from PVC profile and panel production.
