Bag-in-Box filling equipment for liquid products
This equipment is widely used for Bag-in-Box packaging of juice, wine, vegetable oil, milk, alcoholic beverages, sauces and other liquid food products. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the hygiene requirements. The equipment is easy to clean through the CIP (Clean In Place) system and ensures a high level of sanitation in the production process.
During the filling process, there is a function of vacuuming the air inside the bag, which extends the shelf life of the product and reduces foaming. If necessary, a nitrogen filling system can be installed according to customer requirements.

The DG-840 machine is designed for automatic packaging of various liquid products in food, chemical, daily chemical and other industries. It is ideal for products such as ketchup, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, tartar sauce, fruit juice, cream, mayonnaise, jam, chocolate sauce, laundry detergent, shower gel, shampoo, mouthwash, liquid mask and bleaching agents. The machine can operate in 4 to 185 line configurations, with a maximum speed of 40 cuts/minute, and a bag length of 50–180 mm. The DG-840 is stable in operation, has high power (7.5 kW) and adapts to various production needs.
