About the equipment
Pneumatic hopper filler that dispenses liquids through one head in doses of 10–100 or 20–200 ml. Accuracy is within ±1%.
The liquid is poured into the top hopper, and dosing is driven by compressed air, so a 0.4–0.8 MPa air supply is needed. The dose range comes in two versions, 10–100 ml or 20–200 ml, with accuracy of ±1% or better. Speed is 4 to 60 units per minute and can be matched to the operator's pace.
Power consumption is only 10 W; it runs on 220 V, measures 122×37×34 cm and is made in China. The single-head filler suits small workshops filling juices, oil, shampoo and cosmetic liquids into vials and bottles. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
