About the equipment
Vertical packaging machine that fills liquid products into pouches of up to 1000 g. Output is 20–60 pouches per minute.
The machine forms a pouch from film, fills it and closes it with a lengthwise centre seal. Film width is up to 420 mm, pouch length 40–350 mm and pouch width 80–200 mm, so one machine can produce both small and one-litre pouches.
It has a power of 2.2 kW and runs on 220 V. The packaging machine measures 130×101×145 cm and is made in China. Speed ranges from 20 to 60 pouches per minute. It suits small and medium producers packing milk, fermented dairy products, juices, sauces and liquid household chemicals.
