About the equipment
Pneumatic hopper filler with two heads that dispenses liquids in doses of 10–100 or 20–200 ml. Accuracy is within ±1%.
The filler has two filling heads, so two containers are filled in each cycle. The liquid is poured into the hopper, and dosing is driven by compressed air, which requires a 0.4–0.8 MPa supply. The dose range is 10–100 ml or 20–200 ml, with accuracy of ±1% or better.
Speed is 4 to 60 units per minute. Power consumption is 10 W; it runs on 220 V, measures 122×37×34 cm and is made in China. The filler is intended for workshops filling juices, oil, shampoo and cosmetic liquids into vials and small bottles.
