Dough mixing equipment

The section includes dough mixers of various capacities, a batter mixer, dough sheeters and divider-rounders, lavash dough equipment and a donut machine. Hot dog and baguette dough lines and a high-speed bun line are also available.

When choosing, consider the amount of dough per batch, the dough type (stiff or soft), daily output and power supply. The mixer capacity should match the output of the next stages — sheeting and baking.
