About the equipment
Vertical dispenser that fills liquid products into containers in precise doses from 10 to 500 ml. It runs on compressed air and fills 4 to 60 containers per minute.
The dispenser is offered in three volume ranges: 10–100 ml, 20–200 ml and 50–500 ml. Dosing error does not exceed ±1%, so every container receives practically the same volume. It needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa, while the electrical part runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz and draws only 10 W.
Working speed ranges from 4 to 60 units per minute and is chosen according to the container size and product. The machine measures 50×40×160 cm, and its vertical layout takes up little workshop space. Made in China, it suits small and medium workshops that fill liquid products into glass and plastic containers.
