About the equipment
Semi-automatic dispenser that fills liquid products into containers in doses of 5 to 25 ml. Dosing accuracy is ≤±1%, and speed is 4–30 containers per minute.
In semi-automatic mode the operator places the container, and the dispenser measures and pours the set volume. The fill volume is adjustable within 5–25 ml, so one unit can fill small vials of different sizes. Accuracy of ≤±1% helps keep the volume consistent across a batch.
The dispenser is compact at 34×34×77 cm and can be installed on a workbench. It suits small workshops and laboratories that fill cosmetic products, concentrates and other liquids into vials in small doses. The speed of 4–30 units per minute depends on the operator's pace.
