About the equipment
Two-head pneumatic dispenser that fills liquid products into containers in doses of 50 to 500 ml. It has two filling heads and works at 4–60 containers per minute.
The dispenser runs on compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa, so it needs a compressed air supply. The electrical part runs on 220 V and draws only 10 W. Filling accuracy is ≤±1%, which helps keep the volume consistent across a batch.
Measuring 122×37×34 cm, the dispenser fits on a workbench. The fill volume is adjustable within 50–500 ml, so one machine can fill bottles and vials of different sizes. It is a practical option for small and medium workshops producing liquid goods. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
