About the equipment
The AF-VD500 is a vertical pneumatic doser that fills liquid products into containers in doses of 50–500 ml. Filling accuracy ±0.5 ml.
Dosing is performed by compressed air, so the machine requires an air supply with a pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa. The dose is adjustable from 50 ml to 500 ml with an accuracy of ±0.5 ml, which is especially important for small containers. The filling speed is 0 to 25 containers per minute and can be matched to the operator’s pace.
The machine connects to a 220 V supply, has an electrical power of 0.5 kW and is made in China. The doser is convenient for small workshops filling syrups, oils, cosmetics and household chemical liquids into 50–500 ml vials and bottles. Instead of measuring small doses by hand, it delivers the same volume into every container.
