About the equipment
AF-BVD500 is a vertical filler that dispenses liquid products from a hopper into containers in doses of 100–500 ml. Filling accuracy is ±0.5 ml.
The liquid is poured into the hopper at the top of the machine, and the pneumatic dosing system delivers it into the container in the set volume. A compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa is required for operation. The dose is adjustable from 100 ml to 500 ml with an accuracy of ±0.5 ml, so even small containers are filled to the same volume.
Filling speed is 0–25 pcs per minute, power supply 220 V, power 0.5 kW. The machine is made in China. It is designed for small workshops filling juices, syrups, oils and household chemical liquids into 100–500 ml glass and plastic containers. The speed can be matched to the pace of placing containers by hand.
