About the equipment
AF-BVD1000 is a vertical filler that dispenses liquid products from a hopper into containers in doses of 100–1000 ml. Filling accuracy is ±0.5 ml.
The machine has a vertical design: liquid is loaded into the upper hopper and dispensed from there into containers in a set volume. Dosing is performed by a pneumatic system, so the machine requires compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa. The single dose is adjustable from 100 ml to 1000 ml with an accuracy of ±0.5 ml.
Filling speed is up to 25 containers per minute and can be adjusted to the operator’s pace. The machine connects to a 220 V supply, has an electrical power of 0.5 kW and is made in China. The hopper filler is convenient for small and medium-sized shops filling liquids such as water, juice, oil and shampoo into half-liter and one-liter containers.
