About the equipment
AF-ML-500 is a vertical machine that packs liquid products into film pouches of up to 500 g. Speed is 30–60 pouches per minute.
The machine forms, fills and seals the pouch, with a lengthwise centre seal on the back. Film width is up to 320 mm, pouch length 40–120 mm and pouch width up to 150 mm. Fill weight is up to 500 g, which suits small and medium pouches.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 1.6 kW, measures 86×95×185 cm, weighs 320 kg and is made in China. Speeds of up to 60 pouches per minute suit producers packing sauces, dairy products and liquid household chemicals in small pouches.
