About the equipment
AF-500M is a vertical machine that fills liquid products into 50–500 ml film pouches. It produces 30–40 pouches per minute.
The machine forms a pouch from film, fills it with a set dose of product and seals it. The pouch has a centre seal running lengthwise along the back. Film width is up to 320 mm, pouch length 50–150 mm, pouch width 40–150 mm and fill volume 50 to 500 ml.
It has a power of 1.6 kW and runs on 220 V. It measures 86×95×185 cm, weighs 275 kg and is made in China. The machine suits small and medium producers packing milk, fermented dairy products, juices, sauces and vegetable oil in pouches of up to half a litre.
