Overview
About the equipment
Vertical machine that packs liquids into 10–200 g film pouches. It makes centre-seal, three-side-seal or four-side-seal pouches.
The machine forms a pouch from film, fills it with product and seals it. The pouch can be centre-sealed, three-side sealed or four-side sealed. Film width is up to 280 mm, pouch length 40–150 mm, pouch width 30–150 mm and fill weight 10–200 g.
Speed is 30–50 pouches per minute. It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.2 kW and needs compressed air at 0.8 MPa. It measures 142×85×180 cm and is made in China. Small portion pouches are convenient for sauces, ketchup, shampoo, liquid soap and other liquids in single-use packs.
