About the equipment
Vertical packing system for powdered products that packs them into 1 kg bags. It consists of a packaging machine, a filler, a feeding unit and a conveyor.
The conveyor and feeding unit deliver the powder to the filler, which measures out a 1,000 g portion. The packaging machine forms a bag from roll film up to 420 mm wide and closes it with a center seal. Speed is 20–60 bags per minute, bag length 40–350 mm and width 80–200 mm.
The system runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 2.5 kW. The packaging machine measures 130×101×145 cm, the filler 60×100×50 cm, the feeding unit 125×105×105 cm and the conveyor 400×58×55 cm. It suits producers of flour, dry mixes, washing powder and other powders packed in 1 kg bags.
