About the equipment
AF-10H is a multi-head weigher that portions free-flowing products by weight. It weighs 100 times per minute with ±0.3–3 g accuracy.
The product is fed from the top and distributed among the weighing heads; the system selects the combination that matches the target portion and discharges it into the packaging machine. Fill weight is 10–500 g or 20–1000 g, and the hopper holds 1.6 l. It works at 100 weighings per minute with ±0.3–3 g accuracy.
Control is via a 10.4-inch touch panel. The weigher runs on 220 V with a power of 2 kW, measures 118×118×105 cm and is made in China. It is usually mounted above a vertical packaging machine and used for chips, nuts, dried fruit, sweets, cereals and other free-flowing products. Compared with weighing by hand, bag weights become consistent.
