This fully automated soft gelatin capsule production line is designed for the pharmaceutical and food industries and allows the production of capsules from fish oil, vitamins, vegetable oils and other liquid products. The line fully automates the processes of capsule forming, filling, cutting, drying and stabilization.

The main capsule machine ensures high-precision dosing and stable production speed. The gelatin melting tank, colloid mill, vacuum pump, and cooling system maintain a high level of product quality. The tumbler dryer and drying trolleys shape the final quality of the capsules. All equipment is manufactured from materials compliant with food and pharmaceutical standards.
The line is equipped with a PLC automatic control system, ensuring convenient and reliable operation for the operator. This solution is ideal for small and medium-scale industrial production.
