About the equipment
The AF-VD1000 is a vertical pneumatic filler that fills liquid products into containers in doses of 100–1000 ml. Filling accuracy is ±0.5 ml.
The filler has a vertical design and runs on compressed air: it must be connected to an air line or a compressor with a pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa. The single dose is adjustable from 100 ml to 1000 ml with an accuracy of ±0.5 ml. Filling speed is up to 25 containers per minute and can be matched to the pace at which containers are placed by hand.
The machine connects to a 220 V supply, has an electrical power of 0.5 kW and is made in China. Thanks to its wide dose range, a single filler can handle everything from 100 ml vials to one-liter bottles. It suits small and medium-sized businesses filling water, juice, vegetable oil and household chemical liquids.
