About the equipment
PVC profile welding machine — welds window and door profiles at angles from 30° to 180°. Welding width up to 120 mm, height 20–100 mm.
The machine welds profiles together when assembling PVC window and door frames. The welding angle is adjustable from 30° to 180°, so in addition to right-angled frames you can also make structures with non-standard angles. Maximum welding width is 120 mm, height 20–100 mm.
The machine connects to a three-phase AC 220–380 V, 50 Hz supply; motor power is 1.5 kW. The pneumatic system operates at 0.5–0.8 MPa and consumes 100 liters of air per minute, so the workshop must have a compressed air source. The control system is simple, which makes operation and maintenance easier. Dimensions: 900×900×1700 mm. The machine is designed for workshops producing PVC windows and doors.
