About the equipment
PET container production equipment blows large PET containers up to 600 mm high. Its output is 150–400 pieces per hour.
The preform is heated in a separate heater and then blown in the mould. The maximum mould size is 430×650 mm, mould thickness ranges from 250 to 410 mm, the clamping force is 25 t and the mould opening stroke is 350 mm. The maximum diameter of the finished container is 350 mm.
The equipment runs on 380 V with a power of 25 kW, and the preform heater measures 267×66×159 cm. It is made in China. It is designed for companies that deliver drinking water in large containers, since producing their own containers reduces dependence on outside suppliers.
