Overview
About the equipment
PET jar production equipment blows 8-litre PET containers from heated preforms. Its output is 300–600 pieces per hour.
The set consists of the main machine and a preform heater. A heated preform is placed in the mould and blown with air at 3 MPa. The maximum mould size is 415×470 mm, mould thickness ranges from 170 to 250 mm, the clamping force is 18 t and the mould opening stroke is 230 mm.
Finished containers can be up to 400 mm high and up to 200 mm in diameter. The equipment runs on 380 V with a power of 10 kW. The main machine measures 198×70×168 cm and the heater 217×59×137 cm; the equipment is made in China. It suits companies that want to make their own large PET containers for water, drinks and other products.
