About the equipment
This automatic machine blows PET containers of 0.25–1.5 L. The machine has 4 container positions.
The set includes the main machine, an automatic feeding unit and a conveyor. The mould plate measures 700×420 mm (length × height), mould thickness is 240 mm, and finished containers can be up to 360 mm high. The working air pressure is 0.4–0.8 MPa.
The equipment runs on 380 V or 220 V, with a power of 21 kW and a heating power of 20 kW. The main machine measures 1.9×0.85×2.25 m and weighs 750 kg, the automatic feeding unit measures 1.8×0.60×1.4 m, and the conveyor measures 2.0×0.60×1.1 m and weighs 80 kg. Made in China, it is intended for producers of water and drinks in small containers and for packing workshops.
