General production technological processes of the product.
Production of oil filters consists of 6-stage technological processes.

Technological processes begin with the preparation of the necessary details for the assembly of products. The special filter paper is corrugated in the corrugating equipment. The prepared corrugated filter paper is cut on special equipment depending on the size of the filters, and at the same time, the edges are glued with special glue (polyurethane) and corrugated. The processes of metal part preparation are performed on the working mesh and stamping equipment. The filter element assembly is then carried out, which consists of: corrugated filter paper, spring, connecting rubber, lower and upper caps, and parts such as the center tube are sent to the filter element assembly line, where all parts are placed in the oil filter. collected and printed on the printing equipment. Then it is wrapped and the finished product is packed.

- PREPARATION OF THE COVER PART.
