About the equipment
Multi-head packaging equipment that weighs the product and packs it into vertical bags of up to 5000 g. It makes 20–50 center-seal bags per minute.
The set consists of a vertical packaging machine, a multi-head filling unit, a standard elevator and a Z-type elevator, and a service platform. The elevators feed the product to the filling unit, which measures out each portion and drops it into the packaging machine; the machine forms a bag from film and seals it. Bag length is 80–500 mm, bag width 200–350 mm, and film width up to 720 mm.
The equipment runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 3.5 kW. The packaging machine measures 173×145×204 cm, the filling unit 118×118×105 cm and the platform 162×48×78 cm, so floor space and ceiling height should be checked before installation. It is designed for producers and packing workshops that sell products in large bags of up to 5 kg.
