About the equipment
Vertical packing system for powdered products that packs them into large 5 kg bags. It consists of a packaging machine, a filler, a feeding unit and a screw conveyor.
The screw conveyor and feeding unit deliver the powder to the filler, which measures out a 5,000 g portion. The packaging machine forms a bag from roll film up to 720 mm wide and closes it with a center seal. Speed is 20–50 bags per minute, bag length 80–500 mm and width 200–350 mm.
The system runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 3.8 kW. The packaging machine measures 173×145×204 cm, the filler 90×100×70 cm, the feeding unit 125×105×105 cm and the screw conveyor 300×15×15 cm. It suits producers of flour, dry mixes and other powders sold in large bags.
