About the equipment
This packing equipment for grain and powdered products doses and packs the product into 5 kg bags. The set consists of a packing machine, a filling unit and a Z-type elevator.
The Z-type elevator lifts the product to the filling unit, where it is dosed in 5000 g portions and passed to the packing machine. The machine fills and closes the bag at 20–50 packs per minute. Bag length is 80–500 mm and bag width 200–350 mm.
The equipment runs on 380 V or 220 V, 50/60 Hz with a power of 3.5 kW and needs compressed air at 0.4–0.8 MPa. The packing machine measures 173×145×204 cm, the filling unit 115×120×105 cm and the elevator 209×105×143 cm. The set suits companies that pack rice, cereals, flour, sugar and similar products in large bags. It is made in China.
