About the equipment
Multi-head packaging equipment that portions the product up to 1000 g and packs it into vertical bags. Output is 20–60 bags per minute.
The set includes a vertical packaging machine, a multi-head filling unit, an elevator, a Z-type elevator and a platform. The elevators lift the product to the filling unit, and each measured portion drops into the machine, where it is packed into a center-seal bag formed from film.
Bag length is 40–350 mm, bag width 80–200 mm and film width up to 420 mm, a convenient format for retail packs of up to 1 kg. The equipment runs on 380 V or 220 V with a power of 2.2 kW. The packaging machine measures 130×101×145 cm and the filling unit 118×118×105 cm. It is intended for producers and packing workshops that sell their products in retail bags.
