About the equipment
Automatic vertical packaging equipment for powders makes 40–60 bags per minute. Fill weight comes in two versions: 10–1000 g or 20–2500 g.
The machine forms a bag from film, fills it with a measured dose of powder and seals it, all automatically. Dosing accuracy is within 1%. Bag length is 50–350 mm, and bag width is 70–200, 100–260 or 100–310 mm depending on the configuration.
It runs on 220 V with a power of 2.5 kW. The equipment weighs 850 kg and measures 220×160×160 cm, so it needs a solid base. It is designed for producers of flour, starch, milk powder, spices and other powdered products sold in retail bags.
