About the equipment
Auger filler — measures powder products in portions of 10–500 grams and fills them into containers or bags. Compact machine: dimensions 520×430×970 mm, weight 43 kg.
The product is loaded into an 8-liter hopper, and a rotating auger dispenses it in set portions. Depending on the fill volume, the speed is 10–25 pcs per minute. Filling accuracy is ±0.5–1.5% and depends on the portion size. Since the portion can be set from 10 to 500 grams, one machine can produce both small and larger packs.
The machine connects to a 220 V, 50–60 Hz power supply. It is convenient for workshops and shops packing spices, coffee, cocoa, flour, milk powder and similar products in small batches: it delivers uniform portions instead of manual weighing and makes the operator's work easier.
