Ikki funksiyali muzqaymoq tayyorlash va to‘ldirish uskunasi
AFEX ICER-300 muzqaymoq ishlab chiqarish uskunasi zamonaviy texnologiyalar asosida ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, mahsulotni tayyorlash (muzlatish) va bir vaqtning o‘zida qoliplarga yoki idishlarga to‘ldirish funksiyasini o‘zida birlashtiradi. Ushbu uskuna ishlab chiqarish jarayonini to‘liq avtomatlashtirib, inson omilini kamaytiradi va mahsulot sifatini barqaror darajada ushlab turadi.
Uskuna yuqori unumdorlikka ega bo‘lib, turli xil muzqaymoq turlarini — klassik, yumshoq (soft), hamda qo‘shimchali (mevali, shokoladli) mahsulotlarni ishlab chiqarishga moslashgan. Mustahkam konstruktsiya va ishonchli motor tizimi uzoq muddatli va uzluksiz ishlashni ta’minlaydi.

Bag-in-Box filling equipment for liquid products
This equipment is widely used for Bag-in-Box packaging of juice, wine, vegetable oil, milk, alcoholic beverages, sauces and other liquid food products. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the hygiene requirements. The equipment is easy to clean through the CIP (Clean In Place) system and ensures a high level of sanitation in the production process.
During the filling process, there is a function of vacuuming the air inside the bag, which extends the shelf life of the product and reduces foaming. If necessary, a nitrogen filling system can be installed according to customer requirements.
