  2. Spindle
Spindle from a well-known Taiwanese brand Standard speed 8000 rpm, optional 10000 rpm, 12000 rpm. The spindle features a center air-blow design. When the spindle is released, the central taper is quickly cleaned with high-pressure air, which ensures clamping accuracy and a long service life.
  1. Automatic Tool Changer (Taiwan - OKADA)

  1. Taiwan Hiwin/PMI screws and guide rails:
  • The X, Y, Z three-axis guideways (45mm 45mm 45mm) use Taiwanese roller linear guides. They feature high speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise and low thermal variation, and the automatic forced lubrication system increases the accuracy and service life of the machine.
  • Movement along the X, Y and Z axes uses high-precision, high-rigidity, internally recirculating double-nut preloaded long-stroke ball screws with a high feed rate. The drive motors are connected directly to the screws via flexible couplings.
  • The feed servo motor transmits power without backlash to the high-precision ball screw, ensuring positioning accuracy and synchronization.
  1. Pneumatic components (Taiwan - Airtac):
Equipped with an electronic display, which increases system stability. During tool and spindle changes, the air pressure remains very stable and tool jamming does not occur.
  1. NSK/FAG Bearings:
Bearings: imported bearings from Japan's NSK and Germany's FAG brands are used, ensuring the highest quality and reliability.
  1. Lubrication system components (Taiwan - Herg):
PLC control: (most other suppliers use manual control) With PLC control, if the machine runs out of oil, the system triggers an alarm and stops operation. Running without oil is not allowed, which significantly reduces wear on key parts such as the guideways. Large capacity: 4 liters, which reduces how often oil must be refilled.
  1. Chinese brand DELIXI electrical cabinet:
Electrical cabinet (brand-matched system). DELIXI electrical box (optional: can be replaced with the Schneider brand).
