About the equipment
AF-45/35 thermotunnel heats film-wrapped products so the shrink film fits tightly around them. The tunnel is 450 mm wide and 350 mm high, with temperature up to 200 °C.
The pre-wrapped product passes through the tunnel on a conveyor whose speed is adjustable from 0 to 10 m/min. The heating chamber is 780 mm long, and the temperature can be set between 0 and 200 °C. The conveyor carries loads of up to 10 kg, so fairly heavy packs can also pass through.
The tunnel runs on 380 V with a power of 10 kW and measures 115×71×82 cm overall. After shrinking, the film wraps the product tightly and protects it from dust and moisture. The tunnel suits workshops packing boxes, bottle multipacks, books, cosmetics and other piece goods.
