About the equipment
Semi-automatic L-bar cutting and shrink packaging equipment wraps the product in film and shrinks it tightly in a heat tunnel. The set consists of an L-bar sealer and a shrink tunnel.
The L-bar sealer makes up to 10 packs per minute and handles products up to 550 mm long, 450 mm wide and 200 mm high. It works with POF, PVC and PE films, runs on 220 V and consumes 1 kW.
The shrink tunnel conveyor runs at up to 24 m/min; the tunnel is 450 mm wide and 250 mm high, with temperature adjustable up to 250 °C. The tunnel runs on 380 V with a power of 15 kW. The pair is well suited to wrapping books, boxes, cosmetics and other piece goods in a neat film that protects them from dust and moisture. This equipment is in stock at the AFEX warehouse.
