About the equipment
AF-150-HT is a horizontal shrink packaging machine that wraps products in POF film and shrinks it with heat. It packs 30–150 items per minute.
Products are fed by conveyor; the machine wraps them in roll film up to 590 mm wide and seals the seams, after which the film shrinks under heat and fits tightly around the item. Pack length is 100–450 mm or 180–600 mm, and pack width is 10–200 mm. The packaging material is POF film.
The machine runs on 380 V with a total power of 20 kW. It measures 500×117×150 cm and the conveyor 260×60×170 cm, so plan enough floor length in the workshop. It is made in China. Shrink wrapping protects boxes, books, cosmetics and other piece goods from dust and moisture and gives them a retail-ready look. Speeds of up to 150 packs per minute suit serial production.
