About the equipment
AF-RD138 is refining equipment for degumming, bleaching and drying crude vegetable oil. Its output is 1–2 tonnes per 24 hours.
Crude oil is cleaned in several stages: degumming removes the gums, bleaching and decolourising lighten the oil, and drying removes excess moisture. All these operations take place in one unit, so separate machines for each stage are not needed. The unit is electrically powered and runs on 380 V.
It measures 3840×900×2140 mm and is made in China. An output of 1–2 tonnes per day suits small oil mills and pressing workshops, which can use it to clean crude oil straight from the press and prepare it for packing.
