Overview
About the equipment
PET bottle production equipment blows 5–10 L PET containers from preforms. Its output is 300–400 pieces per hour.
Preforms are heated in a separate heater and then blown into shape in the mould. The maximum mould size is 345×470 mm, mould thickness can range from 160 to 330 mm, the clamping force is 10 t and the mould opening stroke is 265 mm.
Finished containers are up to 400 mm high with a maximum diameter of 220 mm. The equipment runs on 380 V with a power of 12 kW, and the preform heater measures 217×59×137 cm. It is made in China. It lets companies that bottle drinking water and other drinks in 5–10 L containers produce those containers in-house.
